Reopening Lounge May 20, 2020

Our reopening will follow instructions outlined in Work Safe BC, Ministry of Health, and BC/Yukon Command communications.

Signage is posted at our entrance outlining criteria for entry.  Patrons will be requested to use the hand sanitizer supplied before and after their visit.

Persons having any of the following symptoms: fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, new muscle aches or headache, and sore throat, have travelled outside of Canada with the last 14 days, or have been in close contact of a person who tested positive of COVID-19 are requested not to enter our premises.

All patrons entering our premises will be requested to print their name & phone number in the visitor log to facilitate contact tracing.

Signage will be posted throughout our premises outlining Coronavirus Prevention including hand washing, disposal of coughing or sneezing tissues, cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched objects and surfaces.  

Sneeze shields are installed at patron service points.

Staff are instructed to stay at home when they are sick.

Staff are instructed to wash their hands after handling cash.

Staff will clean/wipe down/disinfect serving counter surfaces, door handles, ATM surfaces regularly.  Masks & gloves will be available.

Tables will have seating for six patrons only with proper distancing between tables.

Self serve counter will have markings on the floor defining 6 foot spacing.

Volunteers will be on hand providing direction for seating, service, and helping to maintain proper distancing.

Any patron not complying with the safety protocol will be asked to leave the premises.
